Do you ship to where I live?
MARIA LUCIA HOHAN ships worldwide with a few exceptions (UK, MEXICO, RUSSIA), in observance with certain customs restrictions & limitations.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items are shipped in 1-2 business days after you had placed the order. Pre-order items are shipped within 7 business days from order confirmation, depending on the items selected.
Delivery may take up to 7 business days more, depending on your delivery area:
EUROPE, EU countries: 1-2 business days for delivery by your local courier
EUROPE, NON-EU countries: 2-4 business days for customs and delivery by your local courier
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-7 business days for customs and delivery by your local courier
Please keep in mind that orders received after 1:00 pm (GMT+2H) will be processed starting the following business day.
Expedited shipping
If you need a pre-order item faster, we can expedite its production to 4 business days. This service costs 550 EUR / 600 USD / 2500 LEI. Please contact us by email if you would like to purchase this service.
Garments made with pre-order can be returned in 14 business days. The expedited shipping fee is non-refundable in case of return.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
For international orders, please go to DHL website to track & trace your order by the AWB number provided in your email.
For orders delivered in Romania please go to Fan Courier Tracker.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Europe. Our MLH Creation Factory and Office HQ are in Bucharest, Romania.
Do I need to sign for the package?
Yes. All orders are shipped via DHL and might require a signature from the recipient.
Do you ship on weekends and national holidays?
We process and ship orders during our business hours, excluding holidays. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT +2).
What are your shipping rates?
We provide international free shipping. We do not cover local taxes and delivery customs duties outside the EU.
Please note: Starting August 1st, 2025, U.S. orders are shipped under DAP terms. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check out, and will be collected prior to delivery.
Please be aware that returns are not free of charge. If you are returning your order from Europe (EU & NON EU countries) there is a 95 EUR fee per dress. If you are returning your order from the US & the rest of the world, there is a $ 149 fee per dress. This sum covers the cost of international transportation. If you are returning your order from Romania, there is no fee.
